Jacklyn Ann Mulrooney, 81, of Pawtucket, passed peacefully in Providence, R.I. on March 6, 2019. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey she was a daughter of the late Henry and Anita (L'Heuroux) Duval.
She is survived by her loving son, Patrick J. Mulrooney Jr. and wife Corbie; a sister, Dolores Foisy; two brothers, Henry and Joseph Duval; three grandchildren, Leah Mulrooney and fiance Shawn Safaie, Trisha Clyde and fiance Nick Johnson, Justin Mulrooney ; four great-grandchildren, Adyson and Isabel Safaie, Troy and Logan Johnson. She was predeceased by a sister, Yvonne Meunier and brother, Donald Duval.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 9th at 10:00a.m. in Saint Teresa of the Child Jesus Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, 359 Daggett Avenue, Pawtucket. In Lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to Kindred Hospice 2374 Post Rd. Warwick, RI 02886. It was with their love, compassion and help that Jackie was able to live out her life as she wanted to, at home in her own apt.
